At Nveda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached to the clothing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
